Six Pack Abs Workout

Training to get ripped abs can sometimes be difficult. Especially when the exercises you’re doing don’t seem to be helping you get a six pack. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some exercises you can add to your six pack abs workout.

That way, you will know what how to get rock hard abs.

The exercises that you should add to your workout are:

1. The first exercise that you should do is hanging leg lifts. This exercise will work your entire midsection. It’s one of the best exercises you can do to get ripped abs. When doing this exercise, you should do 4 sets of 20.

2. Another exercise you can do that will help you get rock hard abs are cable crunches. This will allow you to add a lot of weight, which will help you get a rock solid midsection. To get the best benefit from doing cable crunches, you should do 3 sets of 10 reps.

3. The third exercise that you should do that will help you get a six pack is oblique crunches. These are crunches that work the side ab muscles. You should do 4 sets of 20 reps.

These are a few exercises that you should add to your six pack abs workout training routine. Besides working out, you should also add cardio in to your routine and also make sure you eat plenty of protein. It’ll help you get great abs.
