2. Another tip on how to get ripped abs is to eat small meals every two to three hours. These meals need to loaded with protein. This is what will help you get a solid six pack. Eating small meals every two to three hours will also help you burn off the fat that’s around your abs.
3. The third thing you should do that will help you get great abs is do cardio. This will help you burn off any fat that’s around your stomach. A few six pack abs cardio exercises that you should do includes sprinting, doing interval jogging on the treadmill, and using the stair stepper.
These are some of the tips that will help show you how to get rock hard abs. Remember though, there are a few other things that you must do, too, that’s guaranteed to help you get a six pack.
